Evening of Dreams - Gala & Auction
Join us on Friday, March 6, 2026, at The Arbory (2219 W. Grand) for an unforgettable evening featuring a live auction, delicious food, an open bar, and dancing. It’s a wonderful way to enjoy a night out while making a difference for our school.

Adopt-a-Flower
Pre-purchase flowers (coming soon)
Paint a flower that will be hung on the Mitchell fence through Spring and Summer! Purchase small ($20), medium ($40), or large ($60) wooden flowers; pre-purchased flowers will be ready and waiting. Paint as a family/group, or decorate your own. All supplies provided, and all artistic skill levels welcomed!

Parent Workshop
Join us for an interactive workshop designed to help parents understand childhood anxiety. We'll explore what anxiety looks like in kids, how to tell the difference between typical worries and when extra support may be needed, and practical strategies you can use at home to help your child cope. Together, we'll share tools to build resilience, ease stress, and support your child's well-being.
Facilitated by Michele Lansing, Mitchell parent and licensed social worker.

Mitchell Family Directory
Friends of Mitchell is putting together a school directory to help families coordinate carpools, playdates, and simply get to know one another better. This Mitchell Family Directory will be based on information provided by caregivers and the first version will be released in October. Please complete one form per Mitchell student you would like to include in the directory. Your participation helps build a stronger school community!
